Missing Logos
The system of Squares and Circles also lends itself to subset of logos which Groww using in place of missing company logos across the app - Distinctly different from the parent group, yet of the same family
Unlike the parent system, this subset is not crucial for quick identification. it's more like a placeholder till actual logos are available.
The Subset
made up of shapes carved out of the parent but more playful, allowing for more variation and more lose set of rules.

Except for clear space around the logo, there is no grid for this subset, allowing its playful nature to shine.
The palette is undefined, keeping with the various colours seen in company logos.
For consistency in values within each logo and across the board, only one colour is used in various opacities within each symbol

I'm Nayna Yadav and I like making things beautiful.
I did my undergraduate in Industrial Design from Symbiosis, worked for two years trying different things and then, did a Maters in Communication Design from IDC IITB. Since then I've worked as a Visual Designer, an Assistant Professor, a Creative Director, and a Product Designer.
